Carbon Jungle Inc.’s Wholly Owned Subsidiary Cobal-USA Receives a General Statement of Intent from a US Company to Convert Waste-To-Fuel (Coal-To-Fuel).

Newport Beach, CA. -(BUSINESS WIRE)—Carbon Jungle, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CBJG.pk - News) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary waste-to-fuel company, Cobal-USA Alternative Fuels, LLC, received a general statement of intent from a US based company to convert waste material into synthetic diesel fuel. Possible feedstocks include waste coal (“culm”), scrap tires, biomass, dried sludge, municipal solid waste (“MSW”) and others.

Petr Lisa, President and CEO of Cobal-USA Alternative Fuels, LLC stated, “We are pleased to now have prominent people in the coal sector working with Carbon Jungle and Cobal-USA.” Mr. Lisa further stated, “The coal industry now sees us as a better option for the use of coal than simply burning it.
